Aside from helping to reduce the (over 1 billion!) single-use disposable cups sent to landfill every year in Australia, our Cups 4 Conservation Program also helps to support wildlife conservation initiatives. One dollar from every cup sold by Wildlife Environmental, along with our 'Retail Conservation Partners', goes directly towards our wildlife in need. In January 2020, we set up a fund in response to supporting wildlife devastated by the bushfires on the Mainland of Australia. We combined the money raised under our Bushfire Appeal Fund, with the first round of Cups 4 Conservation contributions to hand over $3503 to our inaugural conservation charity - 'Koalas In Care'.

A small, 100% volunteer run charity, located on the NSW Mid-North Coast, Koalas In Care rescue, rehabilitate and release hundreds of koalas every year. Funds donated under our Bushfire Appeal and 

 

Cups 4 Conservation Program provided direct support to rescue efforts and urgent veterinary assistance required for Koalas taken in by the facility during and following the fires, as well as longer term rehabilitation and release programs.
