We use Australia Post’s Standard Delivery and Express Post system for all deliveries. Shipping costs are calculated in accordance to the weight and size of the order.
Products are dispatched on Monday - Friday. You will be notified when your order is dispatched by email/sms which will include an Australia Post tracking number.
Our aim is to pack and ship your order as close as possible to its receipt via our online ordering system. We at Wild Life Environmental will endeavour to make every effort to fulfill your order within the estimated delivery times (business days, excluding public holidays).
The package will be delivered to the address on the order confirmation and as per the delivery instructions of the recipient.
Wild Life Environmental does not take responsibility for orders left at the designated address if no-one is available to take receipt of the package.

STANDARD: Australia-wide. Dispatched within 1 Business Day + delivery in 2-7 Business Days.
EXPRESS: Australia-wide. Order by 1pm for same day dispatch. Aust Post Express delivery time depends on postcode (Estimated 1-2 Business Days). Orders up to 4kg weight only.
INTERNATIONAL: Price and delivery time based on weight AND destination.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thanks for purchasing our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
