Included in your Tassie Tasting Tray is an assortment of salmon rillettes, cured meats, variety of hard and soft cheeses, olives, crackers, fruit paste and dried fruits, hand selected from local 'Cradle to Coast Tasting Trail' venues, such as Ashgrove Farm Cheese, 41 Degrees South Salmon Farm and Wattle Hill Olives.
